Shipping & Returns

Because of COVID-19 there have been some changes to our shipping and returns policy. Please see below. 

Shipping Information

All orders outside of San Jose, CA City Limits are shipped within 5 -7 business days of purchase via USPS post. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on the area the product is shipping to. We are also offering Free Contactless Curbside Pickup Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

Customs

Sale tax, customs fees, tariffs, or duties are not included in pricing. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Nefertiti Beauty Supply and Salons are NOT accepting merchandise returns or exchanges until further notice, unless the product is damaged or defective. This includes online and in-store purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience to you. Your safety, as well as the safety of our staff, is our greatest concern. We will notify you once we resume normal returns and exchanges. 

Final Sale Items

All items that are marked final sale are not returnable or exchangeable. 

Online Return Policy - Temporary halted due to COVID-19

We accept returns for online orders. To confirm whether your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange please email [email protected] with the following details:

 

1. Your name and order number

2. The item(s) you wish to return

3. Reason for the return (for example: too big, too small, not as shown in the photo, etc.)

We will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours, however, we are out of the office on Sunday, Monday, and holidays.

Conditions of Return

1. Recipients must contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving their item(s).

2. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return.

3. All items must be returned within 14 days (beginning the day you receive the item - for shipped items or the date you purchased the item). 

4. Items must be new, unused and with all tags still attached. If items do not meet these requirements then you will not be refunded. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) being returned in the form of your original payment (via Paypal or credit card). Please note that orders through Paypal can take up to a week for the funds to be credited back to you. 

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue refunds on lost parcels. Please write your order number on the return package.

Returning Items Purchased In-Store or using In-Store Pickup - Temporarily halted due to COVID-19

We do not do full refunds on items purchased in-store or using an in-store pickup. Store Credit or Exchange will be allowed within 14-days of purchase if the items are unworn, free of damage and all tags are still attached. 

 

Returning Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, you may return the product within thirty (30) calendar days from your receipt of the shipment date. In most cases, you will be able to choose to get a refund or have a replacement sent to you. If the replacement option is not available, Nefertiti Beauty Supply and Salons will refund you the cost of the item. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) being returned in the form of your original payment (via PayPal or credit card). Please note that orders through Paypal can take up to a week for the funds to be credited back to you.

1. Your name and order number

2. The item(s) you wish to return

3. Picture of the damaged or defective item

4. Note if you would like a refund or the item(s) replaced
